| Ballymore's Wood Wharf Unveiled |

Rogers Stirk Harbour’s masterplan for Wood Wharf, a mixed-use scheme in the London Docklands has been unveiled as it goes to planning.
The 7ha riverside project is a joint venture between Sean Mulryan’s Ballymore Properties, British Waterways and the Canary Wharf Group.
It will include six buildings containing 454,000sq m of office space, six residential buildings with up to 1,668 homes, which will range in height from 206m to 33m.
The project also includes a new high street, a 120 room waterfront hotel and a new canal with moorings.

| €2bn Bray Town Centre Gets Green Light |

The revised proposals for the €2bn mixed used Bray Town Centre development have been given the go ahead by Bray and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Councils.
The development comprises of retail, offices, and leisure facilities in a new town centre area, which includes a sea front residential neighbourhood and community lands, as part of the revised plans.
Developers behind the scheme, Pizarro Developments lodged a revised application in October 2007 to include provision for the Luas line, a GAA pitch and schools.
In addition, the scheme incorporates a public transport bridge to link to the proposed LUAS line and bus services to Bray DART station.
