HKR Architects have just announced  the appointment of leading architect Anne Kiernan as its new Architect Director.

Having previously held the position of associate director with Anthony Reddy Associates she has lead the development of some of their largest projects in Ireland.

Ms Kiernan also has significant experience in masterplanning, mixed use, offices and retail, bringing a wealth of architectural experience to her new role.

These included, amongst others, the MacDonagh retail and mixed use development in Kilkenny, the IAWS Headquarters and production facility in Grangecastle, and the Office of Public Works Headquarters in Trim.

She also worked with Kavanagh Tuite Architects, leading the new An Post Mails Centre project in Cork, and prior to this with RKD Architects in London.

Jerry Ryan, Managing Director of HKR commented, “We are delighted to welcome Anne to HKR and look forward to working with and learning from her. Anne is a valuable addition to the HKR management team.

Her expertise and experience complements HKR’s unique skill-set and reinforces the strength of our brand and facilitates the continued development of our international reputation.”
